What i eat through the day
- Mostly fruits
- Hardly any meat (because i don't like it)
- Morning i have Bread (I try to eat more brown bread) with eggs or maybe milk
- Lunch i normally bring fruits with me e.g. apple, melon, oranges
- when i get home i have some biscuits, or sometimes i just look into the fridge and see what there is.
- Dinner i mainly have half bole of rice, fish, vegetables.
- How i get fats, protein and oil. I eat some junk food, ice cream, but i try to cut some carrots or cucumbers and just eat it when i feel like eating some junk food.
- I drink at least a bottle of water in the morning two bottles through the day and one bottle before i go to bed.
- But my favorite drink is mocha frapp at starbucks.
What kind of exercise i do everyday
- In the morning i walk to the bus stop
- at lunch times i normally dance
- Sometimes i run with my dog few hours after dinner
- on wednesday after school i dance with my friends
- i go out a lot
- If i stay at home i just dance that basically all i do at home when i have nothing else to do
- If i want to go to park n shop i would walk there sometimes
- I normally walk to friends house
- I usually never ask my mum for a lift if i'm going out.
- If it's raining i would ask my mum for lifts.

ReplyDeleteJamie, I suggest you do something else besides dancing, do more stuff! Walking doesn't count in MY perspective... But if this is you, who am I to judge you? But anyways, try to eat some meat. YOu need the iron from the meat just like from the veggies
ReplyDeleteWalking and dancing can be good exercise but do you do any other types of exercise besides walking and dancing?

ReplyDeleteI think you shouldn't listen to Selene. She may doesn't like dancing, but if you do it is very healthy and fun. So don't do less of dancing and more of other things you don't like as much just because Selene said so. Other I think that you eat very healthy and do quit a lot to your fitness. And it is very good that you try to cut down the junk food by eating carrots and stuff. I thinks its very good

ReplyDeleteHi Jamie, I think you have a very good level of fitness if you dance regularly. I think that you might want to consider your Iron levels by getting a blood test if you do not eat red meat or high Iron content supplements/alternatives/vegetables.
ReplyDeleteA reminder that balance is the key to feeling happy and strong.
I know dancing is a sport but... other than that... I'm just saying you should try more than one thing! It wouldn't kill you to play something like... baseball? Badminton? Tennis?
